Caviar for whom?

The indication of the client about the target was very precise. It was not so much the wealthy subject eating caviar for flaunting his status, but all those people who love caviar, who understand it, who know how to eat it, to savour it and taste it.

The naming

We explained it to the client in this way:

Penseri is the caviar that becomes an opportunity to get together in a small, intimate gourmet event: sitting around a table to appreciate the quality. Chatter, conviviality, pleasure and thoughts (in Italian “pensieri”, revisited “penseri”).

Again, it turned up that Acipenseridae is the scientific name of the fish family of sturgeons. So the name perceived all the logic and romantic harmony of a circle that closes.

Penseri name is far from something grandiose. Its taste is similar to the convivial tastings that leave space and time to the worship of caviar. 

How logo and pack were born 

It had to pass the almost artisan soul of the product, the search for quality in a production of a carefully crafted few pieces. We wanted to enhance the friendly personality of a product for connoisseurs, for those who like to taste it in the right way, with other caviar lovers to share a gourmet experience and a pleasant time.

Undoubtedly a rupture choice not to use luxury items, fluorescent colours, all things whose caviar universe is saturated. Who knows caviar will discard the products that figure first of all research visibility and will appreciate a product that, strong of its contents, will be presented with the right care.
