The collaboration with Natfood has led us to develop tools for the BtoB environment, the one in which the company operates directly, and for the BtoC environment, the one in which are its bars and restaurants working directly.

The commercial communication: e.g. Catalogues and Cookbooks

This is the communication slice that the company needed to develop its business. It presents products to Horeca customers, it presents the features, it allows you to place orders, it suggests you ideas for the consumption of the product to enrich the offer of their own club and to improve the consumer experience.

To make it functional it needed clarity, practicality and the story of the reliable quality.

The loyalty of communication: e.g. menus for tables

This is the communication slice that Natfood directly doesn’t need, but that customers need. Give to a customer what its customers want is one of the crucial keys to success.

We took care to design a selection of menus for the tables. We did it so that it came out the quality and variety of products and to enrich the experience offered by the club to its customers.
