Culligan is a water treatment company at European and international level. Services provided, for example, are home water purifiers, swimming pool equipment and accessories, office water and restaurant water and solutions for trade and industry. 

How to communicate a common good but for sale? To do this, we studied a social media plan that could target both the b2b and b2c. For the first, the most institutional, practical content and for the second the most creative ones.

The point is this: water has potentially infinite facets. For a totally H20 communication it was not enough to talk about products and solutions offered by the brand, especially on socials like Facebook or Instagram. Essential was to stimulate the attention of the user by talking about water not as a product, but as a key element in anybody's life.

These are the reasons for a web presence and a social strategy with water-related content between history, art and legend. Or wellness, or use in the kitchen. Gif, games and interaction to create engagement with the user. Product storytelling contextualizing ironic use situations. A different social editorial plan but coherent for a fan page that has to transfer her brand awareness to the public.
